Established in 2015, Rudeen Chua & Co. is a Malaysian law firm providing legal representation and advisory services to individuals, businesses and corporate clients.
The firm is led by its Principal, Rudeen Chua who has more than 30 years of legal practice experience, including appearing as counsel in civil and commercial litigation matters at various levels of the Malaysian courts, up to the Federal Court.
While recognising that litigation is sometimes necessary to protect and enforce legal rights, the firm also advocates mediation, negotiation and amicable settlement as practical and constructive means of resolving disputes.
We recognise that not every dispute needs to end in a courtroom, and that a well-considered settlement can sometimes serve a client's interests better than prolonged litigation. Effective legal representation involves not only understanding the law, but also identifying solutions that are proportionate, commercially sensible and responsive to each client's circumstances.
Our approach is grounded in careful preparation, sound legal judgment, professional integrity and a commitment to understanding our clients' needs.
